Green Gazpacho with Spinach, Avocado, Broccoli and Cayenne

Green Gazpacho with Spinach, Avocado, Broccoli and Cayenne

It's raw, it's vegan and it's super nutritious! All you need to make this no-cook vegetable soup is a blender. We recommend it for people who have a tough time sneaking raw veggies into their everyday meal plans.

Directions
1. In a blender or food processor, place:
  • -2 handfuls spinach
  •  1/4 red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 2 pinches cayenne
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • 5-6 fresh basil leaves
  • 16oz water

2. Mix all ingredients together until smooth and serve chilled.
